Delivery rules

At the day of delivery, the driver will call you approximately 60 minutes before arrival to your home. Please note that delivery will be cancelled if you fail to take the call. The driver waiting time at the delivery point is 15 minutes.

Any deliveries outside the normal delivery time (11 a.m. to 8 p.m.) are charged extra in accordance with the carrier’s price list.

2. Deliveries by EMS Russian Post and DHL are only available within the geographic coverage of these companies.
3. Free delivery on all pre-paid orders over $100*.
